Discussions:
CPSA accepted, amendments to bylaws accepted. Steve Allen accepted as Labor Representative. (By ballot measure of members.) Board still looking into Goyette firm.

Update on Negotiations:
Nothing to update. Bob Koch is waiting for new City Council to be in place.

PORAC Update:
LDF amount still in the air. They will advise once we split from CPOA. PORAC amount of $1.90 monthly starting 13th of January. CPOA paid the first quarter.

Discussed setting up a meeting with the CPOA board. Q&A session looking at dates in January. Topics: Time bank, taxes, and financial split of the union (bank accounts).

Cheryl Marden motioned to support Melissa's blanket project with a $50.00 donation.
Second by Renee Anderson.
Passed unanimously.
